Rich Lane is the owner of Camas Creek Enterprises, Inc., a regional natural resources firm headquartered in Missoula, Montana. The company develops and implements innovative natural resource strategies and provides specialized services for federal and state government agencies, private landowners, small businesses, non-profit conservation organizations, economic development groups and trade associations throughout the Intermountain West.
A graduate of Penn State's forest science program, with a master's degree in forest operations from Virginia Tech, Rich has 28 years of experience in residual wood product and roundwood purchases, wood biomass utilization, forest management and timber harvest operations. Prior to establishing Camas Creek, Rich was Region Manager for Smurfit-Stone Container �?? Forest Resources Division.
He has been a member of the Society of American Foresters since 1976 and serves on the Board of Directors of the Intermountain Roundwood Association as Secretary.
